System Requirements
RentControl runs under Windows NT, 2000, XP, or Vista on a standalone PC or on a peer-to-peer or dedicated-server network and requires no other software. PCs must be Pentiums (or Pentium-compatible) with at least 128 MB of RAM and monitors capable of 1024x768 resolution. RentControl requires about 80 MB of disk space without the accounting package; 120 MB of disk space with it.

Since RentControl's rental software can be
downloaded
and evaluated at your site before purchase, refunds will not be given for
RentControl purchases, unless arrangements have been made beforehand with Princeton Cybernetics.
Since the accounting package is not part of the download, it is excepted: The additional cost of the
RentControl accounting package will be refunded to you if for any reason you are
dissatisfied with it and if you return the Plus CD within 30 days of receipt of the system.

Written help takes the form of online help, a printed manual, and the same manual supplied on the CD-ROM in PDF format, which you can print or view on line.
